Irrigation Scheme Administration Directorate

-Plan, coordinate and lead irrigation schemes.
-Expand irrigation systems and operation systems.
-Strengthen monitoring and technical support.
-Ensure water management and sustainability.
-The Directorate Functions include annual planning, staff leadership, resource control, and expansion of irrigation technologies, technical support, maintenance, equitable water use, monitoring, and records management.

Community Participation and Water Users Association Directorate (WUA)

-Plan and manage directorate activities.
-Strengthen community and stakeholder participation.
-Establish and strengthen Water Users Associations.
-Prepare guidelines, training and capacity building.
-Provide technical support, monitoring and advisory services.
-ESMF implementation, climate adaptation integration, participation plans, and community irrigation management support.
